課程管理系統 (Web-based)
全新課程系統，適合各類補習中心、學前班、興趣班、鋼琴學習班、舞蹈學習班等。功能包括報名、收費、上課安排、調堂、點名、續堂，透過系統處理一目了然，更有產品銷售、倉存進出管理等功能、計算老師授課時間及相關費用等等，幫助你更輕鬆地管理業務。
系統特點
- 透過不同的瀏覽器使用系統，包括 Google Chrome、Firefox、Safari (macOS)
- 出席學生點名，學生拍咭點名，列印點名紙
- 家長可透過 Apps 查看小朋友出席，老師評語，上課時間表
- 系統短訊 SMS 功能，可透過短訊發出學費繳付通知，特別通告，優惠通知等
- 系統設有多層保安及權限管理，限制登入系統位置，使用監察，SSL加密等等
重要事項 :
租用系統只會按月收取固定費用，以年費繳付更享有折扣優惠，不會收取其他任何額外費用，價錢公道，服務包括 :
1. 提供免費雲端伺服器，免費安裝系統，提供系統數據資料無限儲存空間
2. 不限次數的系統使用培訓 (由專業的 Trainer 負責)
3. 辦工時間即時電話支援服務 (不少於10位支援部同事直接透過電話及網上遙距服務為客戶解決問題)
4. 系統提供免費更新版本 (我們不斷對系統改良及優化，現有客戶不需付出任何費用去更新系統)
5. 我們採用世界頂級雲端伺服器 (Google、IBM、Alibaba、Amazon)，令客戶得到最好的保障及服務
