- The system can be operated through different browsers, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari;
- Taking attendance of students, students swipe their cards for attendance, and printing an attendance sheet;
- Students’ attendance, comments from tutors, and their class schedules can be checked via Mobile Apps;
- With SMS reminder function for tutorial fee due date, special notices, or any special offers availability, etc.;
- The system is equipped with multiple levels of security and access right management. It enhances the system usage surveillance, and SLL encryption, etc.
Important Notes :
The rental of our system will be paid at a fixed monthly charge. However, we will offer more discounts and at a reasonable price if our clients choose to pay on yearly basis, while no additional fee will be charged. The services provided include:
1. Free Cloud Server, free installation of system, and unlimited system data storage;
2. Unlimited times of system trainings (by Professional Trainer);
3. Comprehensive and instant technical support service during working hours (not less than 10 technical support staffs to help our customers solve the problems via telephone and online remote support service);
4. We keep improving and enhancing our system. Existing customers do not need to pay extra fee but to enjoy free update versions (if any);
5. We adopt the world-class cloud data centers (Google, IBM, Alibaba, Amazon) to provide customers with the best cloud environment and stablest services.
